Can I participate as a group or individual separate from my company? Can I also invite non-member friends?会社とは別枠でグループや個人でも参加できますか？また、非会員の友人も誘って参加できますか？
For regular corporate members, we appreciate if you register through your company. However, if that is difficult, we also accept group and individual registrations — please follow the instructions below.
Please note that a JBA member must serve as the representative and coordinate the registration.
Note: All participants will be required to review and agree to the liability waiver.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?チケットを他の人に譲ることは出来ますか？
You may transfer your ticket to another JBA member. If the new person will be attending the picnic, they must submit a new registration form.
商工会のメンバーの人に譲ることは可能です。ピクニックにご参加される場合は、改めて申込申請書をご提出ください。
What happens if it rains on the day of the event?当日、雨が降ったらどうするの？
The event will be held as long as the venue does not cancel, even with some rain. The venue has covered pavilions that can accommodate over 2,000 people.
In the unlikely event that severe weather makes it impossible to hold the event, it will be postponed to 4/19 (Sun). If postponed, we will announce it on the JBA website by 9:00 AM on the day of the event. If the weather looks questionable, please check the website before heading out.
少々雨が降っても会場側からキャンセルしない限りは開催します。会場には2,000人以上収容できる屋根付きのパビリオンがあります。
万が一、悪天候で開催が困難な場合には、4/19(日) に順延する予定ですので、順延する場合は当日午前9時迄に商工会HP上にてお知らせします。お天気が怪しい場合は、お出かけ前にHPをご確認ください。
I can no longer attend on the day — can I get a refund?当日、急に参加できなくなりましたが、返金してもらえますか？
Refunds are not available. However, tickets can be used as individual admission passes to Oil Ranch until December 13, 2026. Please note that BBQ lunch and drinks are not included. Please confirm opening dates and hours with Oil Ranch in advance.
返金は不可となっておりますが、チケットは2026年12月13日まで、個人で入場券として使用可能です。但し、BBQランチや飲み物は含まれませんのでご了承ください。開園日時は事前にOil Ranchにご確認ください。
Which pavilion should I use?どのパビリオンを使えばいいのですか？
There are 5 pavilions at the venue with the following capacities. Please refer to the Oil Ranch map for details. King Pavilion (capacity: 500) will be partially blocked for headquarters setup and cannot be freely used. All other pavilions are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are equipped with tables and chairs. We ask that you sit closely together to accommodate smaller groups as well.

Can I eat BBQ lunch at any time?BBQランチはいつでも食べられますか？
No. BBQ lunch will be served from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, so please come to King Pavilion by 1:30 PM. Other food and drinks (including beer) can be purchased at the General Store from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at your own expense.
いいえ。BBQランチのご提供は12:30から13:30となっていますので、13:30までにKing Pavilionにお越しください。一方、他の食べ物や飲み物（ビールも含む）は、12:00から17:00までGeneral Store（売店）にて自費で購入していただくことが可能となっています。
Can non-Japanese-speaking national staff participate? Will they enjoy the event?日本語のわからないナショナルスタッフでも参加できますか？参加して楽しめるイベントですか？
The ranch normally operates as a family-friendly venue, so people who don't speak Japanese can certainly enjoy it. However, please note that the closing ceremony and raffle drawing (numbers displayed numerically) will be conducted in Japanese.
通常も現地でファミリー向けに営業している牧場ですので、日本語が分からない方でももちろん楽しめるかと思います。但し、閉会式とラッフル抽選会(番号は数字で表示)は日本語で行いますので、予めご了承ください。
What is the raffle drawing?ラッフル抽選会とは何でしょうか？
It is similar to a lucky draw. Raffle tickets are sold at $10 for a set of 5 tickets. We have prepared wonderful prizes, so please join in! For more details, please see the Raffle section on our information page. Pre-draw results will be announced at 1:30 PM at the headquarters, and prizes can be picked up between 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM. The on-site drawing will take place during the closing ceremony starting at 4:00 PM at the headquarters.
福引大会のようなものです。ラッフル券は1セット5枚10ドルにて販売します。豪華賞品を準備しておりますので、是非ご参加下さい。詳しくはご案内のラッフル項目をご覧ください。事前抽選の結果は当日午後1時半に本部にて発表され、１時半より3時の間本部にて商品の受け渡しを行います。また当日抽選は、午後4時00分より本部にて行われる閉会式で抽選会を実施します。
Do I have to agree to the liability waiver to participate?免責書に同意しないと参加できないのですか？
If you do not agree to the liability waiver, you will not be able to participate. There is a "Waiver Agreement" checkbox on the registration form submitted by your company's coordinator. Please review the waiver contents and make sure to check the box (☑). For minors under 18, parental consent is required.
免責書に同意していただけない場合は、参加は不可となります。貴社のお取りまとめ担当者が提出されるお申込みフォーム上に「免責書同意」という項目があります。免責書の内容を確認したうえで、その項目に必ずチェックマーク（☑）を入れてください。18歳未満の未成年については、保護者の同意が必要です。
What should I do if someone is injured or becomes ill at the venue?会場で怪我人や病人が出た場合はどうすれば良いのでしょうか？
Please notify a nearby staff member or the headquarters. First aid kits are available at the General Store and the headquarters. If you have seasonal allergies or animal allergies, we recommend taking precautions in advance. Fire ant extermination is done the day before, but as fire ants are common throughout Texas, please be cautious.
近くにいる会場担当者や本部にお知らせください。救急箱はGeneral Storeと本部に置いてあります。季節のアレルギーや動物のアレルギー等をお持ちの方は、事前に対応される事をお勧めします。ヒアリ(Fire Ants)の駆除は前日にされますが、テキサスではどこにでもいるアリですので、くれぐれもご注意下さい。
Are Oil Ranch attractions and activities free?Oil Ranch のアトラクションやアクティビティは無料ですか？
All activities are free except for Paddle Boats. Paddle Boats cost $15 for 30 minutes and can be paid in cash at the dock, or you can pay in advance at the General Store with cash or card. If you'd like to feed animals during the Hay Ride, feed can be purchased for $3 (cash only).
Paddle Boatsを除いて、すべて無料です。Paddle Boatsは有料($15/30min)で、乗り場で現金でお支払いいただくか、事前にGeneral Storeで現金もしくははカード決済が可能です。またもしHay Rideで動物に餌をあげたい場合は餌を$３で購入できます。（現金のみ）
Can I bring food, drinks, or alcohol?食料品や飲料水、お酒を持ち込んで良いですか？
Outside food and drinks are generally not allowed. However, water and light snacks for infants are permitted. Soft drinks, popcorn, and shaved ice are available free of charge throughout the day at the Private Concessions near the headquarters. Additional snacks and alcoholic beverages can be purchased at the General Store. Please check the General Store Menu on the picnic website.

What is on the lunch menu?ランチのメニューは何ですか？
A traditional Texas BBQ lunch will be served. You can choose from beef, sausage, and other meats, as well as sides like potato salad and beans to your preference.

The participation fee includes meals — how will the BBQ and side dishes be served?参加費に食事代が入っているという事ですが、BBQの材料やサイドディッシュはどのように配られますか？
It will be cafeteria-style. Please come to King Pavilion, where a server will plate your meal (main and sides) for you.

Can I go fishing or ride boats on the pond?池で魚釣りやボートに乗って遊ぶこともできますか？
Fishing is not available at this picnic.
- Paddle Boats are available for $15/30 min. Payment at the dock is cash only, but card payment (Visa/Mastercard/Discover) is also available at the General Store.
- A separate boat-specific liability waiver is required for Paddle Boats (fill out and submit at the dock).
今回のピクニックでは魚釣りは不可となっています。

What sports are available?どんなスポーツができますか？
There are basketball and volleyball courts, as well as fields for soccer and softball. Balls are provided at the venue. However, please bring your own softball gloves.
バスケットボールやバレーボールのコート、サッカーやソフトボールができるフィールドがあり、ボールも会場にありますので、ご利用ください。但し、ソフトボールのグローブはご持参ください。
Can I bring picnic blankets, chairs, or pop-up canopies (small tents)?ピクニックシートや椅子、ポップアップ・キャノピー(小型テント)など持参しても良いのでしょうか？
Yes. The venue has 5 covered pavilions that can accommodate over 2,000 people, but if you'd like to relax under the shade of trees, feel free to bring your own.

Yes, of course.

Are there designated smoking areas at the ranch?牧場で喫煙できる場所はありますか？
Smoking is only permitted at Wagoner Pavilion.

Can anyone participate in the sack race?サックレースは誰でも参加できますか？
Anyone in elementary school (lower grades) and above can participate. If you wish to join, please register at the sack race venue at 2:50 PM on the day of the event.
However, the company/group representative race requires pre-registration. Same-day registration for the representative race is not accepted, so please pre-register by March 25th if you wish to participate.
小学生低学年以上であれば誰でも参加していただけます。参加をご希望の方は当日サックレース会場にて14:50に受付をお願いいたします。
ただし、会社・グループ代表戦は事前エントリーが必要です。会社・グループ代表戦の当日エントリーは受け付けませんので、会社・グループ代表戦への参加をご希望の方は3月25日までに事前エントリーをお願いいたします。
Is there a nursing room?授乳室はありますか？
There is no dedicated nursing room, but the Oil Ranch office can be used for this purpose. Please visit the picnic headquarters reception desk to request access.
